Analysis by Fu King-wa of the University of Hong Kong "discovered that 20% of the feeds associated to the Hong Kong protests on Twitter have been posted by "pretend accounts," which display minimal interplay with other users", a much larger figure than the 10% fake feeds posting on the 2016 United.
